Ground Floor Main Hall
  • Monday to Friday: £35 for up to 2 hours. Additional hours: £16.50 per hour (£15 for regular weekly groups).
  • Saturday & Sunday: £35 for up to 2 hours. Additional hours: £20 per hour.
  • Evening functions: £200 + £100 refundable deposit (from 2.30pm to 11am the next day).
  • Weddings (2-day hire): £500 + £100 refundable deposit (from 2.30pm to 11am the next day).
  • Use of kitchen: By arrangement with the bookings secretary.


Upstairs Hall
  • Monday to Friday: £30 for up to 2 hours. Additional hours: £15 per hour (£13.50 for regular weekly groups).
  • Use of kitchen: By arrangement with the bookings secretary.
If anyone requires extra setting up time, this will be charged at £6.50 per hour.

Main Hall - 20 Tables and 219 Chairs

Upstairs - 4 Tables and 23 Chairs​
  • Evening parties have access from 2.30pm on the day until 11am the following day, to allow time for setting up and clearing up.
  • Providing hall is left clean and damage free, the £100 deposit (evening parties) will be returned, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
  • There is a well equipped kitchen, with cooker, fridge and urn, plus crockery.
  • Heating system has a timer which should not be altered.
  • Before leaving, all floors must be hoovered and mopped as necessary, with no spillages left.
  • All cleaning materials are supplied.
  • If smoking outside the hall, please ensure that all cigarette ends are deposited in the bin provided on the wall next to the main door.
  • Please check the area around the outside of the Hall building and environs and remove any cigarette ends.
  • Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in the deposit being withheld.
